Seclusion

#Pleiades 3

Sitting beside lakeside,
staring at the stars zenith,
shifting sallowism at the horizon
secluded myself, away from the society.
Sailing under the remembrance of thy?
Silently curbing myself, in
search of my inner soul.

This is a Pleiades form of poetry.

A Pleiades poem has only one word in the title followed by a seven line stanza . The first word of each line begins with the same letter as the title.

Whipped out !

#WDYS 8 | When you want something all the universe conspires to help you to achieve it ~ The Alchemist.

This post was written in response to Sajde’s What do you see #46

The image shows a person walking in a desert dwarfed by huge sand dunes. A long line of their footsteps can be seen behind them.

Wandering endlessly,
Without being aware of his future,
With just following his dreams via his heart.
Wriggling over the dunes of desert, for years like a
Whimsically waif.
Walking along in the silence, still had no regrets, of
Whipping out from his well settled life, just to follow his dreams.

Inspired from one of my favourite novels of Paulo Coelho, ‘The Alchemist’.

I have tried something from the Pleiades this time. A Pleiades poem has only one word in the title followed by a seven line stanza . The first word of each line begins with the same letter as the title.

Thank you !

Tranquiliser

Tiny little droplets,

Travel towards thin breeze,

Tinkling on the leaves, one by one

Tumbled to

Twisted tendrils swiftly,

Tracing the cascades of

Tranquilisers.

A pleiades poem has only one word in the title followed by a Seven line stanza. The first word of each line begins with the same letter as the title .

This is my first attempt to this poetry form i.e., Pleiades.
I know this can be done in a better way !

Thank you for reading .
